They cancel my order like I asked them to then I reorder my order how I need it to be you can not call them but they do respond to your emails.

Damaged Product

I ordered a total of five ornaments. When I received them, they were not packaged well and they did not have the red bags that they came with last year.

One of the ornaments was broken. I tried calling customer service, and all it did was refer me to send an email and then hang up.

I sent numerous emails, and no one has responded to me. I will not be ordering from them again.

Lost ornament

I ordered two ornaments on November 27, 2024 from OrnamentShop.com. One of the ornaments arrived on December 10th.

The tracking information on the second ornament was not available. When I contacted the company by email three times (you cannot call them during the Christmas season), they finally responded to let me know that the ornament was still on the way. After two more emails asking for a replacement, the Ornament Shop let me know on December 20th, that my purchase was lost and since they had no more in stock, they would issue a refund. My daughter warned me that it is usually a scam when a purchase gets lost in the mail and the company keeps reassuring you that it is still coming only to let you know that the product is not coming, and oh gee whiz, the company does not have any more in stock to resend to the customer.

The company probably oversold the product and were hoping to get more in before Christmas, which they did not. I am VERY disappointed in this company and their customer service. They should have been honest with me weeks ago so that I still had time to order a new Christmas ornament from a different vendor.

Very bad form on their part. I will not be using the Ornament Shop again.

They could have a phone number where you could actually talk to someone. I mailed a package from Connecticut to Arizona. They said they never got it and now I keep emailing, but no one is responding.

One of my ornaments didnt turn out as expected. I tried to get a hold of customer service and there was no phone number to call and talk to someone. I filled out what I was asked to but never given any options to fix the problem.

Want to order personalized ornaments but site will not accept the pictures saying it requires larger ones. This is what I have on my phone. Even tried on friends phone and got the same message.

Trying to create personalized ornaments and I'm told the picture is too small. I've done it this way for years.

No customer service

My order was delivered and one ornament had 2025 for a date on it and the red velvet bags to keep the ornaments in were not included. I have called a number on their website got a recorded message saying I have to contact customer service through email I have sent 5 emails two answers with hello Im Cathy how can I help and I answered 3 times no response.
